Refund & Fulfillment Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy describes how Strategic Credit Advisors LLC delivers credit-repair services and handles billing, cancellations, and refunds.
We do not charge before we perform work
Consistent with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, Strategic Credit Advisors LLC does not charge or collect any money for credit-repair services before those services have been fully performed. Before you sign, you receive a written contract describing the services to be performed, our total cost, and the estimated time to perform them, along with the statement of your rights. See Your Credit File Rights.
Fulfillment
Credit-repair work is delivered on an ongoing basis rather than as a one-time product. As services are performed — for example, preparing and submitting disputes and supporting your file — they are billed after the work is done, in the manner set out in your written agreement.
Your 3-day right to cancel
You may cancel your contract with Strategic Credit Advisors LLC, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date you signed it. To cancel, follow the cancellation instructions provided with your contract, or send us written notice at the address or email below.
Cancellation after the 3-day period
You may also cancel ongoing services after the initial three-day period, subject to the terms of your written agreement. Because we bill only for work already performed, cancelling stops further billable work going forward. Contact us to start a cancellation and we'll confirm what applies to your file.
Refunds
Because we do not collect fees in advance of performing services, there is generally nothing paid ahead to refund. Fees already billed for work that was actually performed, and any third-party costs already incurred, are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us and we will review your situation fairly and promptly.
How to request
